However, ValueAppeal does not offer its service to all visitors to our site. When
we can not service a customer ourselves, we ask the customer if they would like
to be contacted by a property tax appeal consultant or appraiser for help with their
property tax appeal.
Examples of customers we do not serve through our website:
- Customers whose homes are assessed at over $3 million
- Customers whose homes have unique high end features such as waterfront
- Customers whose homes are in rural areas where insufficient comp density exists
